Production and Processing Time
Our products are made to order, so we need time to produce them and process them. We typically take around 1-3 working days to complete an order ready for shipping.

- Europe: 4-20 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4-20 business days

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns

Conditions of Return
